Design Notes

The Hippo pathway has been identified as a potential drug target for cancer. Furthermore, the MST2-STRN3 interaction was chosen as a target because of its importance in the Hippo pathway and previous studies in the laboratory. In this project, we want to find out if the FDA drug can disrupt the MST2-STRN3 interaction to activate the Hippo pathway. First, we need to express these proteins.
